As a formidable power team, head chef, Dean and Jill are the restaurant’s Batman and Robin. When they aren’t winding each other up, they work in unison to present the finest of dishes, with speed and efficiency. Originally from Manila, Jill has been cooking traditional Filipino food since the age of nine. When she isn’t whipping up culinary delights in the Banque and Bohem kitchen, you’ll find her at the gym, or sampling what’s on the menu in other restaurants.
